Processing Times

Each IF Strongwear product is made to order to maintain our high standards of quality and sustainability.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days.
During busy periods or new product launches, dispatch may take slightly longer — but rest assured, every order receives our full attention.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier partner, with delivery updates provided where possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier conditions.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary by region but generally take 7–15 working days after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. IF Strongwear cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer. If a delivery is missed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be dispatched together unless otherwise arranged.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your IF Strongwear gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

With all original tags and packaging

Please note:

Returns are at the buyer’s expense

Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned

We offer exchanges within 30 days, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
