Owen Gayle and Shakiba Moghadam run a unique facility on the UK's South coast. They have the following ethos:

The core philosophy of our training is based on learning the fundamentals of bodyweight training to help you feel and move better, no matter what age, shape or size.

We aim to remove the stigma that comes with training at a “gym” and instead offer a training centre that is enjoyable, inspiring and non-judgmental. Our members range from complete beginners to elite athletes from a variety of ages.
